This Dead City work is part of the Metamorphosis series which explores transformations of objects, people and realities. In this series, the artist uses the Surreabstract style to explore the world of dreams and people's subconscious mind. The SurreAbstract style merges coexistence of surreal and abstract elements in the same space. In this style, the artist questions the visual clarity and lucidity of the “critical paranoia” state coined by Salvador Dali, further exploring the dreams and associated realities, while also using the technique developed by Wassily Kandinsky that promotes the use of music to inspire the creative process of developing an art piece. This is a growing series with over 15 pieces in it.
